Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, Marketing & Public Relation, or related professional.
• Ability to maintain performance under pressure or when experiencing workplace changes or challenges.
• Develop and sustain relationships by understanding customer needs and acting consistently.
• Ensure efforts serve sales objectives, maximizing the productivity of interactions by monitoring and building on customers.
• Support Food & Beverage operations by engaging customers during restaurant/bar visits, seeking and acting on customer feedback, and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Placement in South Jakarta.
